1. Shipping
1.1 Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is confirmed, we carefully prepare and pack your products so they arrive in perfect condition.
1.2 Delivery time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:
- 1–3 business days for most major cities.
- 3–5 business days for other areas, depending on courier coverage.
These are estimates. Weather, local restrictions, or courier delays may affect delivery times, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
1.3 Shipping confirmation & tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also use the Track Your Order link in the footer menu to follow your shipment.
1.4 Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the courier service available. Any free shipping promotions or discounts will be clearly displayed during checkout.
1.5 Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed deliveries, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because we work with cosmetic and personal-care products, the safety and integrity of each item is very important. For this reason, we can only accept returns under specific conditions outlined below.
2.1 Return window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving your order.
2.2 Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in its original, unopened packaging.
- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Include all labels, seals, and components intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2.3 Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and the package.
We’ll review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

Our team will guide you through the steps and provide the return address if your request is approved. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
2.5 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment or as store credit, depending on what is available in your region.
